Just like a concert ticket, your ticket is non-refundable, but you can transfer your seat to another single aged 40+ of the same gender, so the group stays balanced. Email love@5ddating.com with their name and email address and we'll update the guest list. And if the group isn't balanced 7 days before the evening, our balance promise applies.
